Together, they are a personal celebration of the sensual wonder of the beautiful woman and that mysterious attraction that has has beguiled, blessed and confounded hapless males forever. Compositions originated in both mythology (Valkyrie) and in the stunning beauty of the simple and elegant life study (Dreaming). Painters of nudes will avoid the distraction of paint color to first draw the basic layout exploring the rhythm of the pose and placement of what will be dark and light painted areas. At times these preparations lead to a drawing with an identity of it's own. Some of those happy results are included here.
